Holiday Inn Lansdale-Hatfield by IHG

We were disappointed breakfast was not included. Also we had difficulty finding the hotel location since we arrived late evening and sign wasn't easily visible from the road. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The person at the front desk, Chris, was very kind and helpful when I was checking in. She was able to answer my questions about the area and inform me of some of the benefits of the IHG One Rewards.

Perfect location, Tom at the bar was great , breakfast was decent, server Joan was very friendly! Friendly staff those 2 need a bonus

Excellent large rooms. Super clean.

I did not like being charged for the continental breakfast. That should have been included in the room charges.
